This is a traditional Victorian house 5 minutes from Brockley Overground Station. A range of open spaces are close by with lots to do for the more adventurous. Brockley House is the site for our New Way Project helping entrenched homeless transition into independent accommodation.

   I am happy with my support worker Tristan, every time I call his phone he picks up. If he doesn’t he will get back to me definitely. He is reliable and on job. He has turned the house around and done the most work out of all my support workers I have had in over 3 years. Thanks to Tristan I am on my way to moving on.

   When every I call my suport worker a Avous housing Tristan he  pick up the phone and he very help full and if any problems at Avous housing or repair need I let him  know and he allway. Get it sorted for me  the garden was a mess now we can have BBQ out side in the garden It look properly tidy before rubbish  up to my anckes  before you easily get heart from some thing  but now it is that big change the look good now and want be out there in the summer
