Aves Housing has a policy of continual development with the aim to deliver on our Core Objectives.

Our mission is to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing homelessness, social exclusion, relieving the needs of those who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society by the provision of social housing to those in housing need with suitable care, support or supervision.

We believe in making the maximum amount of information available to our customers and sharing information with other organisations.

   I am happy with my support worker Tristan, every time I call his phone he picks up. If he doesn’t he will get back to me definitely. He is reliable and on job. He has turned the house around and done the most work out of all my support workers I have had in over 3 years. Thanks to Tristan I am on my way to moving on.

   When every I call my suport worker a Avous housing Tristan he  pick up the phone and he very help full and if any problems at Avous housing or repair need I let him  know and he allway. Get it sorted for me  the garden was a mess now we can have BBQ out side in the garden It look properly tidy before rubbish  up to my anckes  before you easily get heart from some thing  but now it is that big change the look good now and want be out there in the summer

“I have had excellent support from my support worker Phillip. I am enjoying my volunteer work & I am now vice-chair of the Tenant Panel. I have also set up the Veterans program. This provides specialist supported housing for ex-servicemen and women.”
