Reports

Its important to us to show that our service shows that we offer fair access, good value and high rates of satisfaction over the 5 Core QAF Aims.

We do this by capturing the referral data, interrogating our client database and regularly surveying our clients and responding to the results and quickly as possible. We report rolling data, that is data collected from surveying our clients twice a year to obtain an up to date picture of our performances over a variety of key areas.

Age Profile -Referrals
Most of our referrals are in the 25-35 bracket. This age profile is highly skewed for JSA claimants. As we provide a lot of support services for those clients who claim a disability benefit and who require care, our median client age is higher.
