GLETS London has been soucing and providing Facilities Mangement (FM) for all our supported accommodation stock since 2010. From 2017 we have entered into a partnership with GLETS and we have been an alpha tester of OSIRIS Customer Relationship Management Software that enables us to maximise the benefit to all our stakeholders.
Since using OSIRIS we have seen our NPS score rise from 35 to 54! Both the referral agents and customers have all seen a marked increase in our ability to deliver on the expectations set by our regulator. GLETS provide us with clean properties that meet HHSRS standards and provide weekly management checks and inspections. They also ensure that all property has an EPC (where required), Gas Safe CP12 certificate and an approved electrical safety certificate.
GLETS also ensure that the Landlords are kept fully informed regarding property matters, arrange payments and ensure that maintenance schedules are adhered to.
This leaves us to focus on delivering the objectives of the QAF and CQC Supported Living Schemes!
