This is the newest LHT project to come on line on the 25th January 2012 which brings the number of supported housing projects that we manage in London to 11. We are now looking forward to referrals from suitable agencies.

Location

The property is situated on the close to the Catford Town Centre.

Rail services to London run from Catford Station and Catford Bridge Station. Road access is afforded by the A205 (Stanstead Road) and A212 (Penny Hill). The open spaces of Blythe Hill Fields are close by with St Dunstans College and its playing fields located directly opposite.

   I am happy with my support worker Tristan, every time I call his phone he picks up. If he doesn’t he will get back to me definitely. He is reliable and on job. He has turned the house around and done the most work out of all my support workers I have had in over 3 years. Thanks to Tristan I am on my way to moving on.

   When every I call my suport worker a Avous housing Tristan he  pick up the phone and he very help full and if any problems at Avous housing or repair need I let him  know and he allway. Get it sorted for me  the garden was a mess now we can have BBQ out side in the garden It look properly tidy before rubbish  up to my anckes  before you easily get heart from some thing  but now it is that big change the look good now and want be out there in the summer
