London Housing Trust now uses On-line Forms to document the delivery support to our clients. In doing this we have reduced paper waste and its impact to the environment.
Clients receive email copy’s of all support documents to ensure that they have the highest involvement in their progress.
The On-line forms are in a secure section below and support staff are required to sign in. Completed forms are held using SSL encription technology rendering the data unreadable to anyone other than staff. They are also held securely in an offsite European data-store and are not printed.
